To process your utility assistance request, we require a clear photo or copy of your current utility bill. This ensures we have the correct account number and amount to pay the utility company directly.

  • We keep it safe: Your document is securely encrypted
  • We limit access: Only the specific church leaders managing this fund can view your file.
  • We delete it: We will permanently delete the photo of your bill from our system as soon as your request is processed.

Tip: Please make sure the photo is clear and under 8MB in size. If you prefer, you may cross out or cover your Social Security Number and birth date if either appear on the bill, but your name, address, account number, and amount due must remain visible.
