FAQ About Vision Church Services
- What is it like?
Contemporary worship without lights and fog machines. Words to songs on the screen and sermon notes to help you engage. Lots of youth and children with older members as well. These are just a few snapshots of a visit with Vision Church. You will be welcomed here with the love of God. You will find coffee, water, and a light snack to ease the morning along. You'll likely find a Sanctuary crowded with people just like you-all broken, battered, bruised, and in need of love and grace that can only come from Christ.
- What about my kids?
Bring them along!! We dismiss our children grades 1-3 after the music portion of worship so they can connect in their own way. Our nursery is open for your little ones with a separate area for bed babies and toddlers, as well as older kids up to Kindergarten. And if your child wants to stay with you, that's fine too. You'll find snacks for them when you come in. And don't worry if they get fussy or make noise-those are signs of life that we embrace at Vision!
- Where do I park?
Our church has grown so much over its first few years. We have added more and more parking to help make it easier for you. There is an upper, paved area for those in need of special parking and easy access. There is plenty of parking in the front gravel lot, as well as a truck and SUV lot at the very top of the hill. Just see our parking lot greeters when you pull in and they will help you get settled.
- What do I wear?
You will find some in suits and jackets, others in shorts and flip flops and everything in between. Pastor Scott dresses up more some days and dresses down more other days so that everyone feels at ease. So come as you are. You will not be judged here!
- How can I get connected?
There are CONNECT Cards scattered about. Fill one out and drop it in the offering basket. Or just talk to one of our greeters and let them know you are new. They will help you meet people. There will be lunches often for new folks to get to know the staff and elders better. So just come on in-we will help you find your place!
